What you'll do

Help procurement officers and stakeholders manage stock issues and coordinate with suppliers on quality, deliveries, out-of-stock situations and urgent requests
Work with the Accounts Payable department and suppliers on invoice matters so purchase orders and invoices can be reconciled
Support procurement officers on stock issues and arrange samples for stakeholders to evaluate
Handle general administrative and documentation tasks for procurement officers
Carry out data entry to improve product descriptions in catalogues

Requirements

Must be a full-time matriculated student
Internship must contribute to school graduation requirements
No experience needed as training is provided
Basic computer literacy
Able to handle both short-term daily tasks and long-term strategic work
Proactive and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment
