What you'll do

Administer and update the Business Continuity Management (BCM) Program Dashboard
Gather, analyse and share accurate and timely security and risk information and trends
Help review and draft Emergency Response Plans, Business Continuity Plans, operating procedures, briefing materials and reports
Help coordinate and facilitate training and drills/exercises (TTX/GDX) with MBS departments and external stakeholders such as SPF and SCDF
Handle administrative tasks supporting the BCM team
Carry out other tasks as directed by the Vice President, Security Service Department

Requirements

Must be a full-time matriculated student
Internship must contribute to school graduation requirements
Able to commit to full-time work from Mondays to Fridays throughout the internship
Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and a positive work ethic
Excellent written and communication skills
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
