Intern, Sustainability Data

About the role

Assist in gathering, organising and analysing sustainability data from properties worldwide, focusing on energy, waste and carbon emissions. Work with operational teams at global properties to ensure timely and accurate data submission, and provide guidance to improve reporting processes. Perform regular data quality checks and resolve discrepancies with local teams. Help onboard new properties onto the UL 360 and Greenview Portal platforms, and maintain data dashboards and reports. Prepare periodic sustainability reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Data Science, Business or related field
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data collection, cleaning and analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a global team
