About the role

Join the Infrastructure team to support enterprise compute platforms and operating systems. You will help monitor and maintain on-premises and cloud infrastructure, assist with installation, configuration and patching of Windows Server and Red Hat Linux systems, and take part in incident response and root cause analysis. You will also document standard operating procedures, help manage virtual machines and cloud resources, and perform basic performance and capacity analysis. Training is provided, so no prior experience is required.

Requirements

Full-time matriculated student
Internship must contribute to school graduation requirements
Minimum commitment of 6 months
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
Well organized and pro-active with attention to detail
