About the role
This internship supports the Intelligent Operations Center project at SATS, based at the airfreight terminal. You will work with data owners and business teams to trace how operational data moves across systems. It suits a student in IT, computer science, information systems or analytics who enjoys organising information and talking to stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Help identify and document data sources across business functions and operational systems for the IOC project.
- Work with data owners and stakeholders to understand where operational data comes from, who owns it, what it is used for, and how available it is.
- Map how data flows from source systems through data layers to downstream applications, analytics and IOC use cases.
