About the role

This internship gives you hands-on exposure to how events are run from start to finish at Marina Bay Sands. You will split your time between the Box Office team and either Ticketing Operations or Client Services, working alongside experienced colleagues. It suits a current student who enjoys customer interaction, data work and learning how ticketing and mall marketing come together.

Welcome visitors professionally and manage crowd flow at the box offices

Help process event tickets and coordinate with internal teams and clients to keep details accurate

Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and carry out basic data analysis for efficiency and staffing plans

Work with internal stakeholders such as ArtScience Museum and Attractions on event on-sale matters

Update collaterals, ticket templates, checklists and reference guides

Carry out market research on assigned topics, consolidate findings and share insights with the team

Keep event sales records accurate and current each week

Handle promoters' event requests such as creating promotions, issuing complimentary tickets and managing seat holds

Coordinate with Marketing, Communications and E-commerce teams so event information stays consistent across platforms

Help analyse ticket sales performance, including promotions and campaign results

Requirements

Must be a full-time matriculated student
Internship must count towards school graduation requirements
No prior experience needed as training is provided
Strong analytical skills
Well-organised and meticulous with attention to detail
Willing to learn and explore new areas
