International Controls Lead (Singapore) - Vice President

About the role

Support the Asia Clusters International Controls Head in governance and oversight, and deliver controls activities for the Singapore franchise and Asia South Cluster. Drive effective governance, risk oversight, issue management, regulatory coordination and control-related activities across the Singapore legal entities and franchise. Oversee Manager's Control Assessment activities, legal entity risk identification and the annual review of local laws, rules and regulations. Coordinate regulatory examinations and internal audits, track remediation progress and prepare reporting for senior management and governance committees.

Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience in operational risk management, compliance, audit or other control-related functions in financial services
• Strong understanding of risk management frameworks, governance practices and control environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-ready materials
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
• Proven ability to work across diverse businesses, functions, cultures and seniority levels
