About the role
This role supports the Lead of Investment Management in overseeing investment-related business activities, governance, and fund initiatives. It combines hands-on ownership of ILP fund operations with a focus on process improvement, automation, and strategic investment projects. The position suits someone with a few years of experience in investment operations or fund administration who enjoys working with both internal teams and external partners.
What you'll do
Handle daily and ad hoc ILP fund activities such as corporate actions, fund changes, closures, dividend declarations, portfolio rebalancing, and fund documentation.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external fund managers to ensure fund-related activities are executed accurately and on time.

Keep fund information, documentation, and customer-facing content accurate and compliant across relevant platforms.
Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and operational enhancements to boost efficiency, controls, and scalability.
Develop and maintain process documentation, operating procedures, and controls.
Support digitalisation, system enhancement, and transformation initiatives, including testing and implementation of process changes.
Assist with the development, launch, and ongoing management of investment products, funds, and solutions, including reviewing product specifications and customer communications.
Take part in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and implementation activities for new products, fund launches, and system enhancements.
Support broader investment initiatives and strategic projects, including index-related business activities and other investment management priorities.
Prepare approval papers, management reports, and presentations, and provide fund and product-related support to internal stakeholders, distributors, customers, and external partners.

Requirements
1 to 3 years of relevant experience in investment operations, fund administration, investment products, wealth management, asset management, or related financial services
Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related discipline
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset
Ability to manage operational activities while contributing to strategic projects
Process-oriented with strong attention to detail and focus on quality
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
