About the role
Join Citi Global Wealth as an Assistant Relationship Manager supporting a team of relationship managers who serve affluent to ultra-high net worth clients. You will help the team stay productive in acquiring, deepening and broadening client relationships, working alongside bankers, advisors, referral sources and other support groups. This suits someone early in their banking career who is organised, client-facing and comfortable with data and compliance.
What you'll do
- Support the delivery of wealth management services to Citigold and CPC clients under the guidance of banker teams
- Manage and execute client transactions across business and individual banking, credit and investment products, meeting audit, compliance and timeliness standards
- Own client investigations such as statement reporting issues and pricing enquiries, working with operations and middle office teams to resolve them
