About the role

Lead the Singapore-based Global CoE in managing enterprise HR application support operations across ComfortDelGro. Oversee SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Concur and SAP EC Payroll, ensuring stability, compliance and harmonisation across regions. Act as the central authority for HR system governance, standards and knowledge-sharing, and as escalation point for complex HR issues with vendors and support partners. Manage upgrades, patching and release cycles, and mentor a team of HR systems analysts. Provide hands-on configuration, testing or issue resolution support when needed to maintain service continuity.

Requirements

Minimum 7 years' experience in SAP HR systems
Strong exposure to SuccessFactors, Payroll and Concur
Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Time, Learning, PM/Comp, Succession)
Experience managing support and integrations between HR, payroll and finance systems
University degree in Computer Science, Information Management or equivalent
