When
You will act as the bridge between business users and technology teams, translating requirements into clear specifications for the Citi General Ledger platform. You will define system scope and objectives, perform root cause analysis, and deliver solutions for complex, high-impact projects. You will also manage regulatory deliveries, remediate firm-wide finance data concerns, and assess and mitigate risks. You will consult with Finance, Front Office and other technology groups, evaluate new IT developments, and lead teams through resource management, work allocation and mentoring.
