IT Governance & Controls, Associate

About the role

You will help develop, implement and maintain IT governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations. You will support the identification, assessment and mitigation of IT-related risks, and monitor the effectiveness of IT controls. You will also support internal audits and regulatory assessments, and prepare audit submission documentation. You will work with cross-functional teams to improve IT governance, control processes and risk management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
• Good knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, end-user devices and IT service management
• Good understanding of IT governance frameworks such as COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001
• Experience with internal controls, audits and compliance processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
