As a Junior Chef / Commis in Banquet Culinary, you will help prepare and execute high-quality dishes for weddings, conferences and special events. You will handle mise en place, follow recipes and presentation standards, and keep your station organised during high-volume service. You will also monitor food storage, labelling, temperature control and rotation, and maintain food safety and hygiene. You will work with senior chefs, learn different cuisines and banquet techniques, and support the team during service. The role requires a flexible schedule with rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
