About the role
This internship sits within Keppel's Fund Management platform, supporting asset management work for the assets held under Keppel DC REIT. It suits an undergraduate in real estate, business or finance who is keen on asset management and real estate and comfortable with numbers and writing.
What you'll do
- Help with asset management activities and initiatives for the REIT
- Work with stakeholders on data centre research, analysis and financial modelling
- Take on other asset management related work as needed

- Based in Singapore, full time
- Learning includes data centre asset management across jurisdictions, exposure to internal and external stakeholders, vendors and asset level teams, and financial and operational management of data centres in a REIT
Requirements
- Undergraduate pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance or a related field
- Strong writing and numeric skills
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Genuine interest in asset management and real estate
- Good team player who is independent and communicates effectively
