You will lead the technical side of CRM execution, building and maintaining campaigns and lifecycle flows in Braze with a focus on Liquid logic, dynamic content, and scalable setups. You will work with APIs and Connected Content to power personalised user experiences, and collaborate with Product and Data teams to ensure CRM data is reliable and usable. You will troubleshoot technical issues, maintain high standards of accuracy, and support experimentation and continuous improvement. You will also lead, mentor, and upskill a team of CRM MarTech specialists, defining technical standards and QA workflows. This role is not pure campaign management; it is for someone who enjoys logic, APIs, data flows, and scalable CRM systems.
