You will lead continuous assessments of the application infrastructure supporting critical payment applications, focusing on health, performance, monitoring, alerting and capacity analysis. You will work with Product and Development teams to forecast growth and ensure scalability and resiliency. You will champion observability, design monitoring and alerting strategies, and build dashboards for root cause analysis. You will lead incident reviews, use automation and AI to improve proactive detection and self-healing, and develop testing and validation plans for new builds and disaster recovery. You will also mentor team members and evaluate vendor upgrade roadmaps through proof-of-concept testing. The role includes periodic on-call responsibilities.
