Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce engineers, setting technical standards and engineering expectations. Own the end-to-end design and delivery of Salesforce solutions, including Education Cloud and Service Cloud, ensuring they are secure, scalable and production-ready. Review architecture and code, make critical technical decisions, and mitigate risks around performance, security and integration. Partner with product managers, designers and business stakeholders to plan and deliver work iteratively using Agile methods. Drive continuous improvement in platform performance, reliability, tooling and engineering processes.
