About the role

This role sits within Operations and focuses on building and governing an agentic AI workforce, blending automation with AI reasoning and decision support to improve efficiency, quality and customer outcomes. You will work closely with subject matter experts and the technology team to make AI adoption consistent, well-governed and value-driven rather than fragmented. It suits someone analytical and commercially minded who can influence stakeholders and drive change in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

Design and scale an agentic AI operating model that combines RPA with AI to create bots usable across the Operations value chain
Partner with subject matter experts to identify priority operational journeys where AI agents can execute, assist or escalate decisions

Gather requirement data to develop base bot functionality and work with the PACS technology team on development

Lead the design and rollout of co-pilot bots supporting Operations workflows

Deploy co-pilot within Operations analytics to trigger intelligence and build forecasting models for workload planning and potential issue areas

Act as a trusted AI advisor for scalable AI use cases and support Operations transformation initiatives

Advise senior leaders on investment and design decisions where AI adds material value

Define and maintain the Operations AI rulebook, covering decision boundaries, human-in-the-loop requirements and consistent AI behaviour across journeys

Establish an AI quality assurance framework for Operations covering accuracy, stability, bias, drift monitoring and escalation

Ensure alignment with Group AI governance, ethics principles and regulatory expectations

Minimum Degree or Diploma with relevant experience required
At least 6-10 years of background in AI, operations management, and leading AI use cases and projects
