Lead, Pedagogy & Child Development (Edutainment)

About the role

Lead the application of a child-growth framework across a children's edutainment franchise. Work with missions, product and experience teams to translate developmental outcomes into engaging activities for children aged 4–9. Guide animation and storytelling to embed the framework naturally into character journeys. Build parent trust through thought-leadership content, workshops and partnerships. Establish quality and evidence standards to protect the integrity of the franchise as it scales.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in education, child development, learning sciences or related field
• At least 10 years of relevant experience
• Experience designing learning frameworks, programmes, media or experiences for children
• Strong understanding of children aged approximately 4–9
• Experience translating theory into engaging and practical applications
• Ability to collaborate with creative, product, marketing and commercial teams
