You will lead complex network operations initiatives and provide advanced technical support for a global network environment. Your duties include designing, implementing, and maintaining large multi-site, multi-vendor networks, including data centre infrastructure, firewalls, switching, and routing. You will troubleshoot and resolve complex escalations, perform testing and documentation, and ensure disaster recovery processes are in place. You will also define and manage service level objectives, automate systems for reliability, and mentor junior staff. The role requires shift work, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in a hybrid working arrangement.
