About the role

Lead the product team in shaping the vision, strategy and execution of ACRA's product portfolio. Oversee the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimisation. Conduct market and customer research to inform product development and positioning. Build and maintain a product roadmap prioritising features based on business impact and customer feedback. Work with engineering, design, marketing, sales and support teams to align on delivery. Define and track KPIs or OKRs to measure product success and guide decisions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or a related field
8+ years of experience in product management
Proven track record managing successful products
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
