Lead Product Manager

About the role

You will lead the product team and set the product strategy, OKRs and roadmap for MFA's product portfolio. You will own backlog prioritisation, make clear trade-offs, and lead and mentor product managers. You will partner with business, engineering and design teams to deliver iteratively and manage dependencies. You will conduct market and customer research, act as the voice of the user, and drive adoption and change across directorates and overseas missions. You will also ensure metrics, risk and governance are in place, including privacy, security and data quality.

Requirements

• More than 8 years of relevant experience as a Senior Product Manager or Senior Programme Manager
• Excellent business acumen and strategic thinking
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools
