Lead the end-to-end development of digital solutions that help MCCY connect with Singaporeans. Partner with agency stakeholders to define product vision, strategy and roadmap, and secure buy-in for initiatives. Conduct market, competitive and user research, and run user testing to shape improvements. Manage the product backlog, write requirements and user stories, and work closely with designers, engineers and QA throughout the lifecycle. Track product performance and user engagement, and make data-driven decisions to maintain product stability.
