You will own complex product areas and drive strategic initiatives, raising the bar for product practice across a ministry HQ. You will lead planning and evaluation of features using user research, customer feedback, market analysis and technology trends, and champion data-driven prioritisation. You will identify and mitigate technical and market risks, mentor junior product managers, and build product capability across the team. You will also manage people, align team goals with divisional objectives, and lead cross-functional collaboration.
