About the role

This role sits within Grab's Product Strategy team, which shapes and sustains the company's overall product vision across all verticals and platforms. You will define and execute strategic initiatives that support long-term goals, working cross-functionally to spot opportunities, guide roadmap decisions and close execution gaps. It suits someone with strong strategy and product experience who is comfortable engaging senior leadership and working fully onsite in Singapore.

What you'll do

Develop and maintain a coherent strategy across verticals and platform product teams
Identify new opportunities, threats and tech or market trends to shape long-term plans for future products, including partnerships that speed up roadmap delivery
Set direction and rhythm for tech roadmap planning and reviews so work stays focused on company and tech priorities

Resolve planning and execution gaps to drive cross-functional initiatives

Drive continuous improvement of the tech operating structure and organisation composition to improve agility and speed to impact

Support the talent development roadmap in tech to keep raising hard and soft skills

This is a fully onsite role based in Singapore
You will be an individual contributor reporting to the Head of Product Strategy & Product Operations
There are growth opportunities, including interaction with senior leadership and potential moves into more senior roles

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
At least 5 years in product management, strategy or similar roles in tech-based or consulting firms
Experience with product metrics, funnel analytics, A/B testing and data analysis
Familiarity with digital and web technologies, AI, machine learning, cloud-based systems and emerging tech trends
Proven strategic planning, product definition and product requirements experience
Strong business acumen and ability to navigate complex technology landscapes
