About the role
Visa is setting up a Quantum Computing Center of Excellence in Singapore and needs a senior researcher to help lead its work. You will drive research programmes, build collaborations and help shape how the centre operates, working with teams across the business and with outside partners. This suits a technically strong researcher who enjoys hands-on delivery and building something new.
What you'll do
- Drive the Singapore quantum computing research agenda and turn priorities into scoped programmes and deliverables.
- Design, analyse, implement and test quantum algorithms, protocols, computational methods and prototypes for payments, security and financial services.
- Help build the Quantum Computing Center of Excellence, covering research operations, project planning, external engagement and coordination.
