Lead / Senior Product Manager, Ministry of Sustainability and the Environment (MSE)

About the role

Lead the product team in shaping and delivering a portfolio of digital, data and AI products for the Ministry of Sustainability and the Environment. Work with engineers, data scientists, operators, regulators and policymakers to solve challenges in water, food, environmental and public health domains. Define product vision, strategy and roadmap, and oversee the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and optimisation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and track product performance using KPIs or OKRs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in product management
• Proven track record of managing successful products and mentoring product managers
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
