Lead product teams building mission-critical digital capabilities for the Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF). You will partner with the Head of Product to scale product management practices across RAiD and other RSAF digital units. Monitor cost and impact across the product portfolio, making recommendations on streamlining, sunsetting, or doubling down based on ROI. Guide teams through the full product lifecycle from design to launch and iteration. Experiment with AI methodologies to improve product management, design, and software development processes. Mentor junior product managers and support their growth.
