Legal & Compliance Counsel

About the role

You will provide legal and compliance support across Decathlon's business units in Singapore, covering production, supply and retail. Duties include ensuring regulatory compliance, managing risk and internal audits, and developing governance guidelines. You will draft, negotiate and review cross-border manufacturing, supply chain and commercial agreements. You will also support data privacy compliance, corporate secretarial duties, legal operations and internal training. You will work closely with regional and global legal teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Law
• Admission to Singapore Bar or qualified in a Commonwealth jurisdiction preferred
• 3 to 6 years post-qualification experience (PQE)
• Excellent English communication and written skills
• Excellent computing skills in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work autonomously and multitask
