Provide practical legal advice on infrastructure investments and project delivery across Asia Pacific. Advise on concession tenders, joint ventures, and the implementation of greenfield and brownfield projects. Draft, review, and negotiate complex project, construction, and development agreements, including EPC and FIDIC-based contracts. Manage concession compliance and project delivery risks such as delays, variations, defects, and claims. Negotiate with partners, contractors, and government authorities while protecting the company's commercial and legal interests. Promote consistent contract governance and manage external legal counsel and budgets when required.
