Experience Some experience About the role You will join the Pools & Recreation team at a large integrated resort, keeping guests safe around the infinity pool and pool deck. The role suits someone calm under pressure who holds lifesaving certification and enjoys guest-facing work.

Give emergency care and first aid until medical help arrives
Use personal protective equipment when giving first aid
Write up and keep incident reports
Keep a professional appearance and deliver a high standard of guest service
Keep the pool surroundings clean and well looked after
Maintain the pool, deck and turnstile areas to a high standard of cleanliness
Work with the Pools & Recreation management team and other departments to follow through on guest requests
Follow closure procedures when the weather turns bad
Know the Pools & Recreation operations, including fire safety and emergency procedures
Watch activity in the SkyPark and report anything suspicious to the Manager
Liaise with other departments to understand their workflows and support smooth guest experiences
Know the local area and major events so you can suggest things for guests to do
Follow OSHA safety guidelines
Meet departmental and organisational standards
Attend training sessions when scheduled
Handle admin tasks such as filing reports
Attend departmental meetings and daily briefings
Suggest ways to improve Pools & Recreation operations
Help meet department goals
Take on other duties assigned by Management Good to know Shifts vary, including mornings and afternoons, and you may work public holidays Based at Marina Bay Sands, Singapore Requirements Secondary education preferred Basic lifesaving 1 to 3 certificate Bronze Medallion certificate Hotel or resort experience is an advantage Willing to work various shifts including mornings, afternoons and public holidays Able to stay calm and act effectively in emergencies Apply on the company website
