Welcome and acknowledge residents and their guests warmly, getting to know them by name and anticipating their needs. Report any defects, hazards or incidents to the estate manager and document the details. Follow company and estate policies, keeping your uniform and appearance clean and professional. Work closely with security, concierge and doorman staff to assist residents with luggage or groceries. Maintain confidentiality of residents' information and build positive working relationships with the team.
