You will support the Lobby Operations team in delivering a first-class hotel guest experience. Duties include personalised check-in and checkout, assisting the F&B team with welcoming and seating patrons, and handling cashiering and billing tasks. You will also act as Lobby Operation Coordinator for administrative and pre-arrival tasks, and support upsell and cross-sell efforts. The role requires following brand and Forbes/LQA service standards, handling guest complaints or security incidents with management, and complying with Workplace Safety and Health policies.
