Provide locum medical coverage in the Anaesthesia Pre-admission Clinic at Singapore General Hospital. Screen and document patients using Citrix/NHER systems. Communicate with multidisciplinary teams including internal medicine, physiotherapists, nutritionists and surgeons. Provide pre-anaesthesia counselling on anaesthesia risks, airway techniques, post-operative disposition and invasive line insertion. Refer and follow up patients with unoptimised medical conditions to polyclinics, GPs, other specialties or dental services.
