When
Monitor inbound and outbound shipments and track delays, implementing corrective actions. Analyse freight costs, carrier performance and logistics KPIs to identify trends, bottlenecks and cost-saving opportunities. Support supply chain network optimisation, carrier contract reviews and rate negotiations. Oversee order fulfilment, customs and trade compliance, and risk mitigation. Maintain logistics data in ERP systems and build dashboards and reports using BI tools.
