You will help communicate land transport policies, projects and initiatives clearly to strengthen public understanding of LTA's work and community engagement. A key focus is supporting the Friends of Land Transport programme, including researching user needs and helping kickstart a membership management portal. You will explore AI-enabled solutions and translate ideas into practical requirements. You will also support events, content development, corporate branding and other communications and marketing initiatives.
