Design and build AI features for a digital services platform, and create backend integrations that connect data across multiple systems. Build secure API connections to data vaults and legacy systems with proper authentication, caching and error handling. Develop AI-assisted components, retrieval pipelines, embeddings and semantic search so AI responses are accurate and useful. Review vendor AI approaches, pull requests and guardrails to maintain engineering standards. Build monitoring, evaluation and fallbacks to keep AI reliable in production, and track feature performance after launch.
