About the role

Join a 2-year entry-level development programme to become a future Shop Manager. You will gain hands-on experience in retail operations, including customer service, sales, inventory management, visual merchandising, and people development. Through structured on-the-job training and coaching, you will progressively take on leadership responsibilities such as leading a team, managing store operations, and driving sales performance. You will also handle customer feedback, manage stock levels, plan staff rosters, and prepare business updates.

Requirements

Degree or Diploma holder
Able to work retail hours, weekends, and Public Holidays
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Effective interpersonal skills and enjoys interacting with people
Sales-oriented and self-motivated to achieve sales targets
Strong interest in fashion-styling
