When
You will be the main point of contact for assigned accounts, handling commercial and operational matters and resolving any issues that come up. You will build relationships with decision makers to grow share of wallet, and lead commercial negotiations in line with internally agreed positions. You will keep a deep understanding of each account's business model, operations and supply chain, and share the value of delivered work through regular business reviews. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to meet customers' current and future needs, and analyse data and metrics to track performance and spot areas for improvement.
