When
You will lead the Accreditation and Licensing department, setting operational direction and management systems to meet hospital accreditation and regulatory standards. This includes implementing controls for compliance with the Healthcare Services Act (HCSA), ISO standards, and other local and international requirements. You will scan and apply best practices in management standards, document control, and internal audits. You will also develop training programmes, oversee supporting IT systems such as e-Audit, and lead tabletop exercises. You will coordinate with internal departments, external agencies, and independent auditors to ensure licensing readiness, and advise leadership on regulatory changes.
