About the role
This role leads end-to-end supply chain operations for Abbott's diabetes care business across Asia Pacific, covering both B2B and B2C ecommerce channels. You will build and standardise distribution infrastructure, manage third-party logistics partners, and guide a regional team of planners and order entry staff. It suits an experienced supply chain leader who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.
What you'll do
Design, develop and standardise new and existing B2B and B2C distribution channels across APAC, including distributors and webshops
Build the ecommerce supply chain infrastructure needed to support B2C webshop sales in selected markets

Harmonise B2B supply chain systems, processes and reporting
Establish and manage partnerships with third-party logistics and supply chain service providers, including governance routines and continuous improvement
Oversee supply planning and inventory management, and work with stakeholders to identify and reduce supply risks
Lead inbound and outbound logistics, new product introduction support and labelling review, and own warehouse and related contracts
Own order management processes across Asia, covering customer orders, samples, FOC, warranty and returns
Oversee APAC ecommerce and align cross-functional teams including Commercial, Marketing, IT and Finance
Improve performance monitoring across multiple business models in APAC markets
Serve as subject matter expert on customs and trade compliance
Drive executive sales and operations planning by aligning demand, supply and financial targets, and liaise between Finance and Customer Experience
Optimise supply chain processes such as securing goods availability and supporting product launches
Drive daily operational excellence of third-party supply chain and logistics providers to meet commercial goals and improve customer experience
Initiate supply chain projects to improve operations and customer satisfaction across APAC
Use dashboards and performance metrics to steer data-driven decisions on service, costs and risks
Act as APAC division security coordinator for SAP, maintaining segregation of duties across OTC, SCM and PTP
Supervise and develop a direct team of supply chain planners and an indirect order entry team across Asia Pacific

Travel up to 40–50% of the time
Based at DUO Tower, Singapore
Part of the International Business Operations team, working closely with the APAC Demand Planning organisation
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
8+ years of end-to-end supply chain experience
Leadership experience
Strong background in planning, supply chain operations, network design and standardisation, and logistics partner management
B2B and B2C experience is a plus
Hands-on leadership style suited to fast-paced, changing environments and large-scale change
