When
You will be part of the Food Business Department in the Authorisations Division, granting licences, permits and other authorisations to non-retail food businesses. You will conduct site assessments, evaluate architectural layout plans and process flows, and perform verification checks at premises before recommending whether to grant an SFA licence. You will guide applicants on licensing requirements and attend to public enquiries on licensing matters. You will also drive reviews of work processes and standard operating procedures, proposing process streamlining and digital automation where relevant. You will work closely with other agencies on licensing issues and may represent the department in inter-agency projects and committees.
