This role sits with a team that develops, validates and refines business continuity plans so that the airport keeps running through emergencies and crises. It suits someone with strong crisis management and emergency planning experience who can lead cross-functional teams and work with external stakeholders. What you'll do

Lead and monitor emergency response and business continuity plans across the organisation's operational domains.
Ensure plans align with the Business Continuity Management System framework and strategic objectives.

Work closely with airport stakeholders and government agencies during crises and disruptions.

Identify risk areas with stakeholders and propose mitigations to limit disruption to critical airport operations.

Plan, coordinate and oversee exercises that validate emergency and business continuity plans.

Represent the organisation at emergency exercises and articulate its interests and protocols.

Develop and maintain a structured framework to train and familiarise staff with emergency response and business continuity plans.

Oversee and maintain crisis management facilities so they remain ready and operational.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree
At least 7 years of relevant experience in crisis management and/or business continuity planning in a large organisation
Extensive knowledge or working experience in business continuity, crisis management and emergency planning
Proven leadership skills managing and developing cross-functional teams
Strong interpersonal skills for managing relationships with key stakeholders including regulators and government agencies
Self-motivated and independent
