Manager, Community Engagement (2-Years Contract)

About the role

You will curate regular programmes and activities to promote vibrancy and community at selected CapitaLand Workspace properties, supporting tenant attraction and retention. You will develop communications content and channels such as eDMs, website, social media and the CapitaStar@Work app, and publicise programmes to drive awareness and participation. You will monitor uploads, posts, queries and feedback, and respond accordingly. You will build relationships with tenants, partners and government agencies, and support business collaborations with the tenant community. You will also collate and evaluate programme feedback for reporting, track budgets and expenditures, and support key Workspace campaigns and events.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing or Mass Communications
• At least 4-5 years' relevant experience in a similar role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiar with marketing communications, event management and digital marketing
• Creative, dynamic and resourceful with relevant network and contacts
• Able to multi-task with a strong sense of responsibility
