Manager, Content Development - Indoor Attractions & Experiences

About the role

You will develop and refresh engaging content and experiences for children aged 3 to 12, focusing on Ranger Buddies, Ranger Buddies Quest, Curiosity Cove, and other kid-centric attractions in Mandai Precinct. You will translate approved concepts into practical programmes that balance storytelling, learning, and fun. You will work with Mandai X to manage IP standards, brand guidelines, and approval processes. You will also manage end-to-end delivery of approved programmes, review feedback for continuous improvement, and collaborate with internal teams to align planning and execution.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Arts, Education, Hospitality, or related discipline
• At least 5 years of relevant experience with demonstrated ownership of children programmes or IP-based content
• Experience working with licensed IPs, brand guidelines or structured approval processes is preferred
• Good financial acumen with experience in budget tracking, cost control or royalty management
• Experience in children’s attractions, family entertainment, museums or education-based environment is an advantage
• Demonstrate strong ownership and accountability, with ability to work independently while navigating ambiguity and change
