About the role

This role sits within a regional finance team based in Singapore, acting as the regional expert on Free Cash Flow and working capital across foodora, foodpanda and Yemeksepeti. You will connect regional finance, senior leadership and country or functional teams, turning complex cash flow mechanics into practical operational action. It suits an analytical, self-driven finance professional who enjoys building processes and reporting from the ground up.

What you'll do

Own, refine and drive the regional Free Cash Flow strategy, including working capital monitoring, forecasting and tooling.
Act as the regional subject matter expert for Free Cash Flow.

Partner with country teams, regional finance and functional teams to raise FCF visibility and encourage cash-conscious decisions across business lines and operational initiatives.

Lead monthly financial reporting consolidation across foodora, foodpanda and Yemeksepeti, ensuring accuracy, consistency and timely updates for executive management.

Design scalable dashboards and automated models that give real-time, granular visibility into cash flow performance and regional financial metrics.

Reduce manual workarounds by modernising reporting infrastructure.

Provide regional finance leadership with heatmaps, automated reporting and actionable insights to support strategic alignment.

Requirements

BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field
4–6+ years in Controlling, FP&A or Corporate Finance
Hands-on expertise in Free Cash Flow modeling, cash management or working capital optimization
Background in fast-paced industries such as tech, e-commerce or logistics
Able to explain complex cash flow mechanics clearly to C-suite and non-finance audiences
Comfortable working with diverse regional teams and functions as a trusted business partner
