Lead a team providing logistics insights across geographical operations, fleet performance, delivery efficiency and cost optimisation. Partner with Logistics, Service Operations and other analytics teams to support data-driven decisions as the business scales. Design performance metrics, enhance semantic data models and work with Analytics Engineering and AI teams to build self-serve data products. Apply operations research, causal inference and decision science to inform strategic trade-offs and efficiency opportunities. Own logistics analytics outcomes and present KPIs, trends and recommendations to senior leadership.
