When
Lead a team to manage key work processes and projects for the Division of Surgery and Surgical Oncology. Support the development and execution of strategic plans, monitor performance against goals, and ensure compliance with policies and governance frameworks. Plan and support budgeting exercises, retreats, events, academic visits, and management reports. Work with stakeholders such as Finance, Licensing, and medical board office to manage new and expanded surgical services. Assist the Division Chairman and department heads in planning and delivering work plans, and provide oversight to leadership governance within the Division.
