Curate, evaluate and improve luxury guest experiences across the Asia Pacific region. Spend time on the ground at properties and destinations to research, audit and recommend enhancements. Identify and manage luxury vendors and partners to build an exclusive experience network. Develop product roadmaps and work with product, operations and digital teams to integrate experiences into the guest journey. Coordinate complex multi-property itineraries for high-value guests and act as the main point of contact. Establish service standards, monitor guest satisfaction and support budget planning.
