You will lead financial planning and analysis, delivering accurate financial data, designing data collection templates, and producing timely reports. You will manage and develop a team to generate insights that support business decisions and strategic planning. You will also support system implementation projects by gathering requirements, assisting with User Acceptance Testing, and coordinating deployments. Working with the Supervisor, you will analyse and improve operational processes and workflows, and coordinate secretariat support, corporate events, and logistics. You will monitor team performance, provide coaching, and address operational challenges to maintain productivity.
